Oil change I recently went to Citrus KIA for my oil change, it was busy that day, so I went on the service line and waited, I then went inside to tell them I was I recently went to Citrus KIA for my oil change, it was busy that day, so I went on the service line and waited, I then went inside to tell them I was there, wasn't in the dealership 5 minutes when, Paul DuVall came and told me my car was hit and the driver took off, he then told me he got the plate, I called the police to make a report when they arrived they took the plate and ran it and came back as no such plate. So I left the dealership and contacted my insurance company, my deductible is $500 and I went to have it fixed. A couple of days letter the General Manager, David Dondanville,called me to ask what had happened and I explained everything and he wrote me out a check for the $500 deductible.
