Everyone was very professional and also welcoming and friendly which is rare these days. I am on my 3rd KIA and I love them. When we brought the car, it was very late, so Syed said to come back tomorrow, because the detail department left for the evening. We came back the following day, we came back for the detail, and waited to come back tomorrow, because the detail department left for the evening. We came back the following day, we came back for the detail, and waited 45 minutes. The guy came over with our key and said here it is, it's done. But, when we got in the car, it was dirty! Not vacuum, it wasn't cleaned. We were disappointed 😞!! There are also cracks in the windshield and the driver side window and there are two looks like cigarette burn holes on the driver seat. More
