I would not recommend this dealer due to their lack of professionalism and honesty. We contacted them about a vehicle on their website. They advised that the vehicle was there and available. We were coming from 2hrs away to purchase the vehicle. Due to the distance, the sales rep actually called us late the night before to confirm the vehicle was on the lot and that we were actually coming the next morning. When we arrived we were told they sold the vehicle late the night before then proceeded to offer us a vehicle two years older for the same price! They didn’t even have any new vehicles for the model we wanted on any of their lots. Needless to say we were angry at the deceptive sales tactic and asked to speak with the manager. He apologized and said if they would have known we were coming they could have prevented the two hour drive. They called us late the night before to confirm we were coming! Sleezy sales tactics that give car salesmen a bad rep. We will never buy anything from a Jenkins dealer. We ended up finding another vehicle just down the street at a different dealership. One year old, same model, features, etc., with only 3k miles. It was less then the two year old vehicle with 23k miles that Jenkins tried to sell us with the bait and switch tactic. More

I went into Jenkins Kia in tears. Literally crying. I had been in a wreck the week before and totaled my Nissan. I loved my Nissan. Nothing could replace it. My sales guy Steve was awesome. I’m Probably the first person to come in crying about buying a new car. He was great. Financial was fast efficient friendly it was no stress. It took me a few days to totally love my car but I definitely love it. It drives amazing all the bells and whistles. Thanks Jenkins Kia. Thanks Steve !!! More

Brought my car in for a recall and they wanted to charge me $140 to do a diagnostic to clear the code and light for what the recall was for. Horrible service.
