Nice people, but.. Purchased a new Kia Sportage from this dealership recently. The salesperson didn't do a walk-around the vehicle at delivery, did not show me any of Purchased a new Kia Sportage from this dealership recently. The salesperson didn't do a walk-around the vehicle at delivery, did not show me any of the features of my car, or even offer a test drive. To be fair, I test drove a similar Sportage prior to the sale but not the one I purchased. When she called the next day begging for a 100% survey review, she stated "I was worn out after dealing with you" as I test drove 3 vehicles and the sales process took several hours. Begging for a 100% positive review was a big turn off especially when I received the car dirty. She agreed it was not detailed as promised at delivery and brought it back to have it detailed where the detail person quickly wiped off the dirty areas and asked me "is there anything else bothering you?". The manager wants to earn back my loyalty as a customer. Maybe paying for a car wash and offer a free first service would bring me back, but otherwise I have no reason to return to this dealership and cannot recommend them. On a good note, the Kia Sportage is an excellent vehicle which I highly recommend. More
