Excellence on a Friday evening, near closing time. Engine failure light came on on my way home at a gas station. Called Jenkins KIA (Ocala) and explained the situation to Marta Gonzalez who said come o Engine failure light came on on my way home at a gas station. Mike Ferrari checked me in and explained that they would take a look and do their best to resolve the issue, whatever it might be. He was courteous and extremely helpful. Frank Toil (a well trained and knowledgable mechanic) pulled the car in, took a look, pulled it out, drove it. He and Mike Ferrari explained that it was an issue with the gas cap seal and it had been corrected and the software reset. Good to go! All that in under an hour, an hour before closing on a Friday evening. Not only did they take care of me, but other late-arriving customers with difficulties as well. That is above and beyond. Really impressive. More
