In for my regular oil change and as always am treated very well. My service advisor is always making sure I’m taken care of and out in a timely manner. They keep me comfortable with more amenities than you can image. Kia really loves their customers.
The salesman was great, very informative and helpful. The negotiating part with finance was very frustrating. Once a monthly payment was agreed upon and a down payment (after several hours) someone named Edwin came over to tell me the payment would be higher so I told him to forget the whole deal and he quickly accepted what I agreed to. The entire day was too long from 10 am to 3:15 to buy a car.
