I was very satisfied with my experience. I was in for service to get my oil changed and Jamie called me in to inform me that I was putting double the amount of miles allowed on my lease car. Jenkins Kia of Ocala We went to Jenkins to get the tint fixed on our 2014 Kia Optima. When the service for the tint was complete, the girl at the front desk informed us t We went to Jenkins to get the tint fixed on our 2014 Kia Optima. When the service for the tint was complete, the girl at the front desk informed us that our tire treads were between a 2 and a 3 and that they should be replaced at a 4. When I demanded that she have someone from Maintenance bring out the device they used to measure the tire treads to show me - because we just had brand new tires put on the car less than 12 hours ago. She did not miss a beat and suddenly the treads were between 9 and 10 and no one was needed to come from the Maintenance Department. Very dishonest and disappointing customer service experience. Then when we went outside to get our car she made a big deal as to how the car was hand washed. Once again, this was not true. When she was called out on it she appeared with 2 free Atlantis car wash certificates. These turned out to be inactive certificates and could not be used. She did a great job with pushing us out the door. A few days later, they had the nerve to call and try to sell us another Kia. When I informed them that I thought they were dishonest and despicable they said "ok" and hung up. No one seemed to be too interested in feedback. My advice is to go any where but Jenkins. More
