Professional experience We are seasoned car buyers, having purchased 30+ cars over the last 50+ years. We recently moved to Florida. Previously, we worked with a dealer in ou We are seasoned car buyers, having purchased 30+ cars over the last 50+ years. We recently moved to Florida. Previously, we worked with a dealer in our prior home state and had a lot of confidence in him. However, when we came to Florida, we had to start all over again building a relationship with a dealer in our new home state. We did our homework and shopped around, going all the way to the end of the process with several dealers until we decided upon Jenkins. The environment is professional (others were shoddy and dirty); inventory was good; we were not pressured (unlike other dealers); "sales extras" were appreciated. I am a number cruncher and required a lot more financial data than the average buyer. Other dealers were rude and condescending when I requested this information, but I was treated respectfully at this dealership after explaining why I was looking for it. Our only complaint was that we had excessive wait time on several occasions. Our salesman was new, so we are cutting him some slack for not knowing when and how to push the right buttons with management for his customer. So we did it for him, and management responded well to it. More

Always satisfied at Jenkins Kia, Ocala. I went to Jenkins for an oil change and left with a new car. Because I am closing in on retirement, Jamie explained to me it would make sense to have I went to Jenkins for an oil change and left with a new car. Great experience! I had a 60,000 mile service and knew it would take a while. Even though I was offered a shuttle to a nearby mall a couple of times, I waited there unt I had a 60,000 mile service and knew it would take a while. Even though I was offered a shuttle to a nearby mall a couple of times, I waited there until it was finished. The waiting area for service is quite extraordinary! Free coffee, water, snacks, Wifi, TV. The only thing missing is a lazyboy! LOL My service consultant Chris kept me informed throughout the visit regarding status completion. Even the service manager came up to me twice to see if there was anything I needed. More
