Insofar as the purchase experience and given the shackles of the law, finance software you, as a dealer must use, et al, you did as good as any. Even the hijacking of me from service by Guy, Jaimie and later Mike was artful and enjoyable. They provided no info that wasn't going through my mind already. To this point all was well. However your detail department if given one more 10 minute delay and they would have queered the deal, a sure thing. Only through Jaime's experience and integrity saw it through. Thank you, More
