Wonderful service for an out-of-state traveler on I 75. While traveling through the Ocala area, I experienced problems with my 2013 Sorrento. I checked online and found the nearest Kia Dearlership was only a few miles away. I drove there and the problem was quickly diagnosed by Chris in the service department. Within a couple of hours the repairs had been made and I was able to continue my journey to Bonita Springs, arriving on the same day as scheduled. As a single older woman traveling alone, I was grateful for the prompt attention to the problem and also for the kindness and friendliness of the entire staff at Jenkins Kia. My siincere thanks to Chris and everyone at the dealership for their wonderful service! More
