Make me feel like family I went in for service and Mike Ferrari who was the most attentive person that I have encounter in service so far in KIA in that area. Jamie was waiting for me to talk in the resting area, after noticing my handicap he decided to go into a closer location. He was friendly and a real gentleman. He introduced us to Guy, between them they came up with the best offer possible. Jamie took me around showed me some cars, he was so kind and patient. We waited for a while and at the end we met Pete, what a genuine funny guy. He explained everything in detail with a funny deposition and clearly the best interest for me. At the same time I can see Jamie transferring all my things to the new car. What a gentleman! When everything was set and done Jamie even gave me a salute lol! It was a wonderful experience! More

The Best In Sales Staff "Tim" shines! I came in just for service and after looking at the new cars and talking with Tim (salesman) I decided to trade in my 2016 for a new 2019. Very simila I came in just for service and after looking at the new cars and talking with Tim (salesman) I decided to trade in my 2016 for a new 2019. Very similar in features but with new safety features and a different color. I love the new car and I feel even safer driving the 2019. My insurance went down also so I break even on my payments for the new car. More
