Excellent experience with lease of Kia Soul+ We went to Jenkins Kia exploring possibilities for leasing a Kia Soul. We went two times, and had other phone conversations. At every turn, the staff was welcoming, friendly, positive and professional. They had the car we wanted and leased it to us at a fair price. Our primary contact was with Quentin who was extremely positive to deal with, very supportive and responsive to all questions, comments. Although he is new, he handled the situation extremely well and called for help as needed. Mike, the manager who presented the terms and negotiated with us; Jae and Guy who welcomed and explained all on the initial visit, and John the thorough and friendly finance man -- all positive. We hope that driving the car will be as positive as the buying/leasing experience. More

An amazing comedy touring vehicle This service on our 2018 Sorento was the second oil change and first tire rotation on our new car. Both oil changes have taken place since january 1, 2018. We made an appointment for the oil change and when we arrived on time the service department was ready to greet us. The service was finished within the hour and the car was clean when it was done. Great service my very friendly people. I recommend this dealership to any Kia owner. More

I am considering buying a new but the one Ihave is kept in good running condition through thier shop . I feel that I can come for repair worry free .They keep you informed to nature of repair,reason ,and price.They are exceptional in that area.They also advise you how get the most for your money in preformance ,repair,and longetivity of your car with out ANY time consuming talk or pushing things on you. My family owned a service repair shop for years up north .I am knoledgable about service ,parts and repair so i know a quality shop and service advisor when I meet them and also when I dont. I would highly reccomend this kia establishment to buy your next car or have repair of any kind done and would not do this if i did not have expectations met.I use my car on my job daily not just for personal use . I cant afford problems financially or repair that is not done in a reasonable amount of time . They as well as service advisor Chris Hansen have met expectation on both my recent visits .i beleive in writing reccomendations and i do often for appliance and other companys and am honest about what i feel . THIS ASLO HELPS EMPLOYEES WHEN THEY DESERVE IT. Due to this some companys would not print what i wrote because I was not happy. In this instance i highly reccomend ! More
