Pre-emptive part replacement I was greeted and escorted to Customer Service. I was assigned to Callie Zimmerman, whom I have dealt with before when bringing my vehicle in for rou I was greeted and escorted to Customer Service. I was assigned to Callie Zimmerman, whom I have dealt with before when bringing my vehicle in for routine maintenance. I asked how long it would take to have this replacement part put on the car; it was a little longer than I would have liked and I asked Callie if it was possible to have someone get to my car sooner. She was true to her word and I was able to get out of the Service area quickly. I truly appreciate her efforts. She gave me excellent customer service. More

Fast Fun Friendly I was greeted as I arrive for service and escorted to the Service Desk. Someone immediately stated, "I'll be right with you" and said Callie will be I was greeted as I arrive for service and escorted to the Service Desk. After registering me for service, I was given a tour of the new facility.....wow what a really nice building. As I was waiting, there was a young lady going around making sure everything was in place, enough coffee, donuts, tables clean and etc. Also I had a chance to see my car being worked on (fun,fun,fun). The best part was when Callie escorted me to my car when it was finished, I thought that was REAL customer service.........Thank you Kia........for this fantastic experience. More

Above and Beyond Customer Service From the moment we entered your beautiful and welcoming facility, Chris took it upon himself and made sure our cars were quickly scheduled and ready t From the moment we entered your beautiful and welcoming facility, Chris took it upon himself and made sure our cars were quickly scheduled and ready to be serviced. Unfortunately, we had bad experiences in the past with other KIA dealers but his attention to detail, great communication and listening skills, and ready smile, made our visit above and beyond what we expected. Mike was also around us making sure we were well taken care of. We were then introduced to Danny who also, received us with a great smile. Danny introduced us to Edwin letting him know that we had been Kia customers 4 times. Among other things he mentioned that there was a “plan” where we can lower our cars monthly payments, customer loyalty, etc. Danny mentioned that there was one KIA Sorento Black Cherry left….that brought music to my wife’s ears. Honestly; everything was done in such a professional and smooth way that we ended up with Guy, signing financial papers after buying 2 cars; 2018 KIA Sorento and KIA Soul. This was the ultimate Customer Experience! Also, Anjolee, Emma, Mike and Lance; all of them together; to us they are the "Dream Team", More
