We really like our new car. Our salesman Jae was very professional and helpful He did a very good job helping us to decide on whether to buy this car. We had several good options with other dealerships. He is an excellent salesman. We had concerns because the car arrived at the dealership in December, 2016 and was still listed as a new car because it had not been titled. We were told that this is because it had been taken to another lot and was forgotten. All of the 2017 Sedona's had been sold. That gave us concerns about the car being damaged from not being moved if it had been forgotten. I called for a sales manager and was given the Internet Sales manager - we had found the car on the internet. I asked that all of the car be inspected to be sure all systems were working. We received written notice that the car was inspected and a new battery was installed. Daniel was very helpful on our first phone call checking on cars available- but we were coming on his day off. We had made an appointment with the Internet group for a test drive. Callie has been very helpful. More

Exactly what we wanted! We knew what we wanted and Jenkins Kia of Ocala, particularly Remington Vitale and Mason Day, took care of us and put us in the exact car with extras! Chris Hansen told me that Calli would work with me in a moment, which she did. Calli is also always polite and friendly and answers all my questions. She explained that they had inspected my car and I did not need the recall repair, they had topped off my wiper fluid. Emma Cramer was polite and friendly when she checked me out and she made sure I was satisfied with the service I'd received, and with the people I had interacted with. She asked if I had any questions too. She gave me all my paperwork and I was on my way. As always, fast friendly service with a smile. More
