I was not provided a copy of my actual bill of sale nor a copy of a repair order for a back-up mirror. This back-up mirror was mandatory if I was to buy this vehicle so when I got home (tired) and looked at my paperwork finding nothing but a finance contract I was upset, having to drive back in to see if I had been swindled. Manager Mike handled me professionally and provided me with the required paperwork, I am scheduled for the mirror installation Tuesday Sep.26th. If all goes well I am well satisfied. Thank You. More
