Great purchase experience Purchased a 2016 Soul+ and I must say that this was one of the best car buying experience we have had. Sure they made a few mistakes in typos and pape Purchased a 2016 Soul+ and I must say that this was one of the best car buying experience we have had. Sure they made a few mistakes in typos and paperwork glitches - all easily and quickly corrected but it does underscore the need for due diligence on your part to read the paperwork carefully and there is a lot of paperwork. I recommend starting the process via the internet and make an appointment with DJ. He is a young man that possesses qualities and a professional service attitude not readily found in the 20 somethings of today. True, you will negotiate the price with Dan or another manager and finalize the docs with a finance guru - but throughout the process ( 3 hrs plus unfortunately ) DJ is there to bridge the gap, answer questions, and keep the ball rolling as fast as the process can be made to roll. The Kia Soul+ is a surprisingly fun and comfortable car to drive. This is coming from a guy who has driven a LIncoln Navigator for the past decade. The Kia does have a great warranty but be sure to clarify what is covered and for what period. A true bumper to bumper 10yr/100k mile warranty coverage is available but it will cost you a bit for that peace of mind. Ask about it up front rather than wait until you meet with the finance guy to avoid feeling surprised. Another thing to ask about up front is the availability of a spare tire and jack..apparently, the KIA Soul does not come with a spare - only an inflator. The spare and jack are an available purchase item that I would recommend you request be included in the purchase price. Again, I recommend getting the best price by starting via the internet and to get the BEST service/sales experience be sure to make your appointment with DJ and tell him Ron and Miss Judi sent you. More
