New Car Purchase On New Year's Day I purchased a 2016 Kia Forte at the College Road Kia facility. My salesman was Bryan Lugo. Though he'd been with the company for a On New Year's Day I purchased a 2016 Kia Forte at the College Road Kia facility. My salesman was Bryan Lugo. Though he'd been with the company for a short time, Bryan answered all my questions, and believe me, I grilled him. For years I have run car salesmen through the ringer, but he held up for more than five hours and three test drives, and he continued to smile and was courteous through the entire ordeal. He deserves a huge bonus! Cori worked very hard to give me a fair price for my trade-in, and Mike, the manager at the College Road office, also went out of his way to make sure I was happy with my purchase. I mainly came for the mileage rebate program I was greeted with promptness and courtesy and they immediately took me to a service consultant. I have to admit that I was only there to have my odom I was greeted with promptness and courtesy and they immediately took me to a service consultant. I have to admit that I was only there to have my odometer read as part of the mileage rebate program, but they said "not to worry" that they would take care of the paper work and have me on my way...I don't believe I was there more than 10-15 minutes...outstanding! More
