Although I didn't have an appointment the service advisor, Michele Binenti, said she could get it done right aw Went in around noon for an oil change. Although I didn't have an appointment the service advisor, Michele Binenti, said she could get it done right away. They also checked if any other service was needed and washed the car no charge. Good first impression This was my first visit to Jenkins KIA after they acquired KIA from Palm in Ocala. I had an oil change done and a tire repaired. It did take longer th This was my first visit to Jenkins KIA after they acquired KIA from Palm in Ocala. I had an oil change done and a tire repaired. It did take longer than expected (2 hours), but the tire was fixed the right way for a nail puncture, tire taken off rim and patched from the inside then remounted and balanced for a very reasonable price. I would recommend Jenkins KIA and will not hesitate on returning for the next service. More

Great Experience! I took my car in because the back window decided to stop working when my daughter put it down. It couldn't be fixed right away, though, as a part nee I took my car in because the back window decided to stop working when my daughter put it down. It couldn't be fixed right away, though, as a part needed to be ordered. I almost was stuck with a car with the window half down (in the rainy season!), but the sales manager allowed me to use a car (a nice, new one!) until mine is fixed! And they were so nice!! Now all I have to do it go in a pick mine up when it's ready. If anyone is in the market for a new car, I highly recommend Jenkins Kia! :-) More
