We met with Michelle, who is the Service Advisor. She had a great smile, personality, and was extremely friendly. She went over everything and we waited about an hour-and-a-half. We had to have 2 new tires due to an irreparable issue on one of the tires, and Michelle ordered the two and they were in the next day. That was very speedy service. They also provided a complimentary car wash and vacuumed the front floor mats which was lovely and very much appreciated! Michelle is a very valuable asset to your dealership, and she goes above and beyond in making sure you are comfortable, and that everything is accomplished in tip top order. In the meantime, we met with Sheila, one of the sales reps at Jenkins Kia, and an excellent one at that. However, I love my Kia Rondo and I was not interested in any other vehicles. Sheila had a lovely personality with a great smile, and she is an excellent sales rep with a very professional attitude. We were very pleased with our experience with Jenkins Kia. It is extremely gratifying to have a service dealership that really cares about their customers. Keep up the good work!:) More

Good first impression This was my first visit to Jenkins KIA after they acquired KIA from Palm in Ocala. I had an oil change done and a tire repaired. It did take longer th This was my first visit to Jenkins KIA after they acquired KIA from Palm in Ocala. I had an oil change done and a tire repaired. It did take longer than expected (2 hours), but the tire was fixed the right way for a nail puncture, tire taken off rim and patched from the inside then remounted and balanced for a very reasonable price. I would recommend Jenkins KIA and will not hesitate on returning for the next service. More
