I purchased this vehicle from the Ocala dealership. I was taking the car to the Gainesville dealership. Very dissatisfied with them after having a appointment twice the car was there for over 1 hour I was taking the car to the Gainesville dealership. Very dissatisfied with them after having a appointment twice the car was there for over 1 hour for basic service they came out & told me it would be 5 hours more. I could not wait. The car had not been touched . I took my car & left. I made a appointment at Ocala. When I arrived they took the car in & told me it would been 2 hours. After 1 hour & 45 minutes they came & got me & said the car was done & ready to go. This is what I call service. Thank you Ocala . I live in Ocala .
