My service advisor, Mark Tendler, was very p This is the first time I've been to Jenkins for a service appointment and the whole experience was great. My service advisor, Mark Tendler, was very pleasant, handled my appointment efficiently and was a pleasure to do business with. The appointment was for a required computer update and was supposed to take 1 1/2hrs. As promised, it did take 90 min. He went over what was done and a few recommended service items and escorted us to our freshly cleaned car. It was without a doubt the best experience I've had when taking a vehicle in for service. I will definitely be visiting them again. Kudos to the whole service team. More
