Great experience I had a great experience at the service department today. I called yesterday to inquire regarding a possible service needed and he answered promptly, I had a great experience at the service department today. I called yesterday to inquire regarding a possible service needed and he answered promptly, called me back promptly with all of the information needed me got me in for an appointment the next day. When I arrived, I was greeted and checked in promptly by two friendly gentlemen. Mike kept in touch with what was going on etc. He was very professional and friendly. The female service advisor was very friendly also. The waiting area catered to myself and my four year old which was an added bonus. I highly recommend coming here and if I need service again I will be asking for Mike. More

Always on time I’m perpetually impressed with how this service center can gauge the time it will take for my car to be done. Another awesome job! Had another great service appointment with Kia. Callie was informative and kept me up to date on everything going on. Lucky for me the battery died while there instead of with me. There was a system update that needed to be updated which was done while my car was there. Also my driver's side window is going to be repaired when the part comes in. Every time I go, Kia is amazing and helpful. More

We were greeted upon our arrival and then welcomed by our service advisor, Chris. He explained everything to us, gave us a completion time and kept us informed. Excellent Service Department From the moment I drove into the service lane the man politely greeted me asked my name and if I had an appointment then the Service Manager Lance Gan From the moment I drove into the service lane the man politely greeted me asked my name and if I had an appointment then the Service Manager Lance Gansky appeared asked the young man to do something and he took over completing my check in then we went into his office he completed the service write up also offering me a free car wash at Soapy's then my Service writer Mike Ferrari greeted us then he walked us to the waiting room told us to help ourselves to coffee and doughnuts told me my vehicle should be ready in about 90 minutes, while sitting in the waiting room many different employee's spoke to us pleasantly then Mike came back telling my vehicle was ready and it was completed a little earlier. Mike walked us to the cashier where I signed the documents then he walked us to out vehicle telling me when to return for my future service appointment. Everyone at Jenkins Kia treated me and my wife with total respect. More
