Do not buy here!!!! October 2018: This is absolutely the worse experience I have had dealing with a business period. I purchased a 2016 Toyota Camryfor my mother and in October 2018: This is absolutely the worse experience I have had dealing with a business period. I purchased a 2016 Toyota Camryfor my mother and in the agreement of me purchasing a vehicle they stated they will fix the cracked buttons on the radio. Guess what they supposedly ordered the radio to replace it. Honestly i think they thought i was just going to forget about getting the radio fixed but not me. I spoke to a guy named jake and he stated he would call me back to give me an update never did after calling up there 4 times. Then I spoke to the manager named roan who stated he would call me back and track down the radio and it’s saturday now and never did. Roan is the worse manager i have ever ran across. He talked down to me and my family as if we was interrupting his day. He stated to me and my father he feels like we are harassing him. Lol how is it harassing when u promised to fix my radio if I bought the vehicle and you have yet to fix my radio. I don’t know who hired him but he reminds me of the GOOD OL BOY if you know what i mean. Also did I mention before purchasing the vehicle online it said the vehicle was a 2016 xle and I called down there to verify the model of the vehicle and a guy name abner stated yes it is a xle but guess what when I get down there after driving 1 hour the vehicle was a se. I could go on and on about my bad experience. Do not buy a vehicle there. If someone would have gotten back with me than maybe I wouldn’t have left a bad review. I will keep calling until this matter gets resolved. I spoke to bill this morning in which is a nice gentleman and he stated the director will call me back so we will see how that goes and I will give an update. More
Worst experience ever!!! Humiliating!!! On August 8, 2018 I experienced the worst experience since I am buying cars for myself or my family in the last 18 years. After spending almost 4 hour On August 8, 2018 I experienced the worst experience since I am buying cars for myself or my family in the last 18 years. After spending almost 4 hours watching the different models, doing the driving tests and negotiating the prices several people in this dealership disrespected us. The salesman who took care of us was very kind and professional at all times, everything changed when fighting to the last cent to get a good deal that benefits you and not them. The time came when after negotiating with the seller several times the different absurd prices that they bring you at first, we got close to the deal that we wanted to obtain, we were willing to move to a car that already had 4k miles to reach the final price. The sales manager came back and bring the absurd numbers, higher than we already squared with the vendor to make you see that he is helping you when the price goes down but you already had that price set with the vendor 1 hour ago. I show him that our credit is almost excellent over the 750+ and he insists on running the credit to see the final numbers. People everywhere I've bought a car and they know that the customer has a certain score, they know the type of loan that the banks are offering and their interests and they can bring you some numbers that you say, OK we're going to do the deal. The sales supervisor (Geoff "Tennessee"Johnson) keeps insisting on the altered numbers when we know that they still have room to play with their numbers, I say we are already tired of this, if you do not assure us that the payment of the car will be at $ 350.00 for 72 months including the GAP insurance and the cover of the tires and wheels we're leaving right now. He says give me 1 more minute to speak with the manager of the dealer and comes back and says I have to run the credit!!!! And I tell him that he will not run the credit until the final numbers are guaranteed.... and the sales supervisor (Geoff "Tennessee" Johnson) tells me " That price is guaranteed, I give you my word, count on that "and after everyone shaking hands, make the fake signatures that make you sign on the papers where you are fighting for the prices as if that had some value we proceeded to fill the request for credit to finish the process ... I hand him the paper and I tell him I do not want surprises with the numbers, I trust your word, he looks me in the eyes and he says "You have my word". Five minutes later after running the credit comes with the papers to our surprise the supervisor tells us this is our offer of a payment of $ 402 for 72 months or $ 368 for 84 months !!! I wanted to do a thousand things but we as customers have to show them, that they are not better than us, so I got up from the table and said goodbye to the vendor because he is not to blame. I ask for a card with the supervisor name and he tells me I have one in my office let me look for it. He goes to the office, he sees like he's making comments in the office about us and he comes to where we were, my wife asks for the card and he says "I thought I had but I dont have any more" my wife frustrated with the process says "You gave us your word, we trust you, they make us lose our offday for nothing and now you do not want to give us your card!!! Respectfully I ask the vendor to write on the back of his card the name of the supervisor and his position, the vendor start writing the info and the supervisor take from him and write his info (Geoff "Tennessee" Johnson) when he finish he throws it on the desk and says, "Incredible that they will not do the business for $ 18, with that $ 18 I'm going to eat a big steak tonight on your behalf! I kept my composure and leave quietly from that place .... Learn from my mistakes and never trust the sharks that work in these dealers, many times they force us to sign the deal that suits them and we as customers also have our budget and we have the right to get the best deal that suits us. From me and my family we are not going to sponsor the way that Jenkins Mitsubishi in Lakeland, FL does business, deceives their customers and treats their customers !!! More

They give their seal of approval from their parts department stamping it from the mechanics that the used cars are safe. We almost crashed our brand new vehicle 10 minutes after leaving the dealership due to the rotors and pads were completely worn out on the front of the vehicle. 28 days later we're trying to find out where our permanent tags are the DMV doesn't have any information . I called the dealership the girl was at lunch for over an hour only one person handles titles, spoke with the lady in financing that hung up on me. Then spoke with SHawn Rodney who never called me back and said that he would. Then spoke to another in competent employee never got any information from them they transferred me to Amanda who is a very hostile angry staff member that is going to overnight another temporary tag because of the oversight on the lady that was at lunch for 28 days never mailed in our information with the monies we paid for our tags and registration at the DMV office . Freddy Jenkins , owner, should be informed of these horrible employees that obviously only care about a pay check, NOT customers More
Every bad dealership in one. My son bought a vehicle from this dealership on 12/24/17 and the salesman Bronson Daniels was the previous owner of the vehicle. Bronson modified the My son bought a vehicle from this dealership on 12/24/17 and the salesman Bronson Daniels was the previous owner of the vehicle. Bronson modified the car before it was sold and the finance person knew that and sold my son a warranty stating that it would be covered even though it was modified. 5 months later the vehicle broke down and the dealership will not honor their warranty. We traveled 2 hours to talk to someone in person and the service manager would not come out and speak with us and told us to talk to the Sales manager. We were told the Sales Manager was aware we were there. The Sales mgr. Mario sent out his internet sales person to speak with us. To make a long story shorter they would not honor the warranty because of the car being modified before it was sold. Bad dealership that does not care about their customers and does not honor their warranties!! Oh and by the way the salesman quit working there the day the car was towed to the dealership. The internet sales person advised us that the finance person that did my sons deal does not work there any longer either. Imagine that! More

A Car Buying Nightmare It has been a nightmare for us dealing with different people at Jenkin’s Mitsubishi. The nightmare has not ended and we are no sure when it will end It has been a nightmare for us dealing with different people at Jenkin’s Mitsubishi. The nightmare has not ended and we are no sure when it will end because they are yet to contact me about a resolution. I helped my parents buy a 2017 Mitsubishi Outlander Sport in early October 2017. We live in New York and we had the car transported her with a temporary Florida plate while Jenkins supposedly engaged a company to get the car properly registered, titled in New York and obtain plates for my parents. We paid Jenkins $500 to handle this. It is the end of January 2018, over three and a half months after my parents purchased the car, my parents’ several temporary plates expired and we cannot even get another temporary plate from Jenkin’s for the past 3 days (because their printer wouldn’t print and they would not return my calls and emails) so my parents cannot drive the car legally while Jenkin’s is supposedly looking into the NY paperwork issues. To add to the injury, my parents kept receiving notices and bills from Florida tolls authorities that people who drove with their expired temporary plates (they were assigned to other Jenkin’s buyers but still registered in my father’s name????) did not pay tolls. My parents had to write them letters telling the toll authorities that they were no where near Florida and Jenkin’s probably gave the plates to others while still registered in their names. I am hoping today that Jenkin’s Mitsubishi will call me back and resolve this issue soon. This was our Thanksgiving, our Christmas and our New Year’s wishes. So far, Jenkin’s has let us down very miserably. I am also hoping that Jenkins’ printer works today so that my parents can at least drive their car with another temporary plate emailed to them today. I will update this post if there is progress with Jenkins. More
