Gilbert, told me he stay in contact with us but never called or answered his phone when I called 4 times on Thursday evening. I was told the repair was 8 hours. I dropped the car on Wednesday had an appo called or answered his phone when I called 4 times on Thursday evening. I was told the repair was 8 hours. I dropped the car on Wednesday had an appointment for Thursday and Gilbert called me on Friday about 530pm saying the car wouldn't be ready until Monday afternoon. I will have no more dealing with Jenkins Nissan and will be sure to let everyone I know my experience. All was needed is a little communication and truthfulness. Jenkins doesn't have that. It all starts at the top. More
