The reason for my purchase was because my 2016 Nissan Maxima had a dead air conditioner and no one seemed to know how to fix it. I had been reviewing the Nissan line in 2016 when I was in the market for Maxima had a dead air conditioner and no one seemed to know how to fix it. I had been reviewing the Nissan line in 2016 when I was in the market for downsizing I had been driving along my mother who was in her 90's and her neighbor who was 7 years older than her. Now with them gone, Mom's "portable wheelchair" and Twila's walker and her oxygen equipment. I no longer had a need for some much space and a smaller was in order. After some investigation, I settled on Nissan and the fact that although I worked in Bartow (then), I lived 3 miles away from Jenkins Nissan. In 2016 I found a Maxima SR which was perfect for me, it did require extensive maintenance and was everything I had been looking for until the failure of the auto air conditioner. While looking in 2016 I had read a Consumer Reports review on an Altima, but had already decided on the Maxima SR. This time, I would look at the Maxima and this time I felt that the Altima SR would be a worthy successor to the Maxima SR. More

I was able to make an appt for a Saturday for an error message to be then told she did not think they had anyone to do the diagnostic until Monday. I then proceeded to sit there for 3 hours while the did the 15K maintenance, and then I was given a loaner car since they were going to need to keep my car until Monday so someone could do the diagnostic. I should have been just given the loaner sooner versus wasting my time in the waiting area for three hours More
