Good Question: Since I brought my 2016 Nissan Maxima SR into Jenkins Nissen to repair the dead air conditioner or coolant on 5-8-23, I was told that a special order part was being ordered in 5 or 6 days into Jenkins Nissen to repair the dead air conditioner or coolant on 5-8-23, I was told that a special order part was being ordered in 5 or 6 days or some time. I paid for that special order deposit for nearly $1100.00. The R/O Number is 6459224/1 The R/O Open Date was 5/08/23, the R/O Close Date is 5/8/23 Status Final Since then I have heard nothing from Jenkins Nissen with the exception of a call from your organization talking about assessing my car -- this sounds like a sale. I like my car; the only problem is a nonfunctioning air-conditioner. Moreover why should I buy a used car -- it could have exactly the same problem. and what have I accomplished? NOTHING!!! Since my last visit to your facility, my car has been parked. More
