Had an appointment and was told it would take about 1-1/2 hrs. Was there for over 3hrs with no communication that it was going to take double the time for an oil change. Very disappointed in the lack of communication from this place. My husband always had an issue with this place and I finally experienced it myself. I would not recommend anyone to do business at this dealership. Not that it matters what vehicle I had purchased but I would have expected better when buying a $70K+ vehicle from you guys. More

Louis was Awesome! ! He helped us out without any high pressure sales which is what I'm use to getting at dealerships. The manager that handled the deal was also very go !
