I scheduled my appointment early October and allocated 2 hrs in my schedule for this procedure, as that was the quoted time. Due to over scheduling I was unable to get my oil changed and was forced to go to another dealership, spending more time I do not have. The manager assisting me asked if I could reschedule, I told her I could not. She then became very rude telling me “your problems can’t be my problems” as I explained to her I can’t reschedule as I work multiple jobs and have other responsibilities to attend to, hence the reason I scheduled in advance.
