I spoke to Alissa this morning and explained that I was told it would take about a hour to check out my battery and do an oil change. It took 2 hours and now I know my car was out waiting on me for maybe 2 told it would take about a hour to check out my battery and do an oil change. It took 2 hours and now I know my car was out waiting on me for maybe 20-30 minutes. I had to go and find the service lady to ask how much longer it would take. I gave Alissa a more detailed explanation of my experience. More
