Started poorly with no greeting and got progressively worse as the intake process was extremely frustrating. I have a service warranty and she didn’t want to take my coupon, she explained how she has “do worse as the intake process was extremely frustrating. I have a service warranty and she didn’t want to take my coupon, she explained how she has “done this job for 22 years” and that was supposed to somehow explain my question. I had a 9am appointment for a simple oil change and tire rotation and it still 3 hours hours. She never made recommendations or suggestions about the vehicle. Finally she handed me off to the checkout process without a “thank you” or good bye. More
