The customer service is good but the last few times I’ve been waited hours for just an oil change with an appointment. This seems way to long for this service. Most customers around me were waiting an avera been waited hours for just an oil change with an appointment. This seems way to long for this service. Most customers around me were waiting an average of 3 hours for oil change and tire rotation. The employees are nice and helpful. Seems just need a new system for appointments for oil changes. More
