Service incomplete. Svc. Manager did not review report with me. This was my second visit to the service department. The first was unscheduled, so I thought it was just an inconvenient time. This time I sc with me. This was my second visit to the service department. The first was unscheduled, so I thought it was just an inconvenient time. This time I scheduled the service in advance, even selecting the services I requested. I was treated as an inconvenience and the service was not completed. The service report indicated an issue, but I’ll never know because the service advisor obviously didn’t have the time for me. More
My car was about to die when I arrived at the dealership at about 8:30pm on a Friday night. I was so scared I would not make it. I was sure I would have to leave it there and find a way to get you the key at about 8:30pm on a Friday night. I was so scared I would not make it. I was sure I would have to leave it there and find a way to get you the key. However, just as I arrived the staff was pulling down the bay doors and stopped to allow me to come in. They took care of me and I was able to leave there knowing that my car was being taken care of. Thank you so much to the team that was there that night. More
