Poor service and I was mislead My name is Alisha, I received a called from kendall Miller stating that I could upgrade my currant Nissan for a brand new one around the same price. My name is Alisha, I received a called from kendall Miller stating that I could upgrade my currant Nissan for a brand new one around the same price. Before I went into the dealership I made sure I called Kendell and informed her the exact vehicle brand and mode I wanted. I also expressed that I lived an hour away and I didn't want to waste her time or mine if it if the vehicle I wanted was not an option. Being that a purchased a Brand new vehicle from them 4 years ago I trusted what she said. She told me that I am a loyalty customer with Nissan that they would do everything to make it happenand that I could get the exact vehicle I wanted for around the same payments, When I arrived she greeted me and I sat down with very nice man who's only been working there a few months.. not only did they waste my time but the payments were over $200 MORE THAN WHAT I WAS ALREADY PAYING. When I explained to the man what Kendall and her co worker Recardo promised me, he stated that he;s never heard of that happening before. He then called them on the phone to have them come out of the glass room, which was clearly visible and speak with me. Not only did they never come out, my fiance and I were the only customers in there! They were on their cells just ignoring us, while we watched them. After waiting for a while and watched strolling on their cell phones and conversing in the room with other employees laughing, I asked the man that was helping us to pull the recording if he thought we weren't being honest.. he then stated he didn't want to go through all of that.. We then walked over to the room where they all were and they still ignored us.. long story short I drove almost an hour and a half at rush hour for them to lie to me just to get me in the door! And then could not look me in the eye and be honest! My first car was a Nissan and my whole family has Nissan's. We will never purchase another Nissan again just from this experience! I feel like I was mislead and lied to and no cared.. They just wanted my sale. These people will say whatever it takes to get you there! More

Deal ok but once you leave forget it! I purchased a new 370z in early April. Drove from Citrus county. Car was fine but when I returned home I found chin spoiler in the back. Well rather than a 4hr drive I purchased a pop rivet gun and installed. Texted salesman and told them and they offered the $50 Visa card for my trouble it would take 5 - 10 business days. 10 days no card. Texted again, again we will take care of it. It’s now May, no card. Texted again they rudely responded and said call them yourself don’t bother me. Hey it’s only $50 but my thinking is why be rude? Anyway here’s your glowing review. Never been treated like this in all my dealings with any dealership and I’ve purchased many vehicles. So Nabil you know who I am and I have texts to prove the conversation. More

Terrible experience, stay away! I have been a loyal Nissan owner for 15 plus years straight. I’ve always had really good experiences from other Nissan dealerships until I decided to I have been a loyal Nissan owner for 15 plus years straight. I’ve always had really good experiences from other Nissan dealerships until I decided to try Jenkins Nissan this time around. And sadly, this is the first Nissan dealership that managed to rip me off. Came in with a Nissan Altima with 2 months left on a lease and got a brand new Nissan Rogue Sport. About 3-4 months after the deal was made, I received a surprise bill from Nissan Finance and soon after from a collection company for the remaining payments that Jenkins Nissan was suppose to take care of with the deal and never did. Hamid Hanzaz, the sales manager that did the deal didn’t care a bit about my problem and told me there’s nothing he could do once the deal was signed and for me to contact corporate myself. I called corporate several times, talking to corporate is like talking to a wall, you get nowhere. Corporate told me the dealership had to fix the problem. Very sad how Hamid Hanzaz was quick to sell me a car, but had zero interest in helping me fix the problem. I am now stuck with a bill for the 2 months I never used the old car, plus a collection on my credit all because sales manager Hamid Hanzaz is either incompetent or a scammer or both. I’ve done identical deals at other Nissan dealerships many times in the past and never had a single problem. I will never visit Jenkins Nissan ever again and will make sure friends and family do the same. Stay away!! I’ll be sure to post this info on every social media outlet known to man so other people don’t get ripped off as I did. More
