Horrible Experience with Continued Lies Purchased a brand new Nissan Altima June 2013. Had issues starting 1 week later. Passenger Airbag would turn off and radio would go black. Have taken my car back 6 times total- and yet to be corrected. Krista from inside sales called and represented herself as "Upper Management" at the facility. Basically just tried to get me to buy a new car. Stated she would take care of radio and seat issues. Parts dept calls me today to state they knew nothing about the radio after Krista stated it had been replaced. Another Nissan Employee clearly doing an excellent job of misrepresentation. Would not recommend this location to anyone. More

My son lives in Tallahassee and he found the best price in the state was in Lakeland at Jenkins. Ted Payne and Marcus Ruggiero were our sales team and they did an excellent job of finding the right car for us and helping us land a great deal. We talked to others who had driven as far away as Miami because of Jenkins price. We are very happy with our car, and I estimate we saved at least $4,000 over any other dealer we had contacted. More
