I arrived at my appointment time for oil change only and they took over 1 hr to bring in car over 2 hours to get done. They clearly never did the point inspection because never top off the fluids and then they took over 1 hr to bring in car over 2 hours to get done. It took at least 10 minutes before anyone came to me. Gil and another girl were working. The girl ignored everyone and Gil was the only one who welcomed all the customers.
