Carlos Gutierrez was very helpful determining what are needs were in a new vehicle. Inventory was very low so there wasn't much to choose from. We ended up with a little more than we needed but the Rogu needs were in a new vehicle. Inventory was very low so there wasn't much to choose from. The advertising for deals ended up being somewhat confusing but the Manager was excellent in navigating the best deal for us. More
I drop my car for oil change and tire rotation around 10:20am last sunday since a have an appointment. Then around 12:47pm I got a call from 863 686 2800, saying that my car was ready to be pick up and t 10:20am last sunday since a have an appointment. Then around 12:47pm I got a call from 863 686 2800, saying that my car was ready to be pick up and the paperwork would be at the cashier counter. I arrived 30 min later, I walked to the counter and the lady couldn’t find my paperwork. She made some calls on the phone but the paperwork never appeared. After 1 hour of my time wasted sitting there, the paperwork appeared out of the no where, no explanation, no nothing. So my point with this is, Why would I have to make and appointment and leave my car to give you enough time for planning, so when you call me to pick my car up, it not ready yet, or paperwork not ready? I don’t know, that’s something that the customer service manager have to figure it out, so this doesn’t happen again. Thank you More

I had an oil change done back in October. My husband put brakes on my car a week ago and noticed my guard was not put back on. So I left the information with Maggie and she put it on his desk for me to call him on Monday. He gave me such the run around would not speak with me had other people speaking on his behalf. If he supposed to be the head person over them why be so unprofessional and not speak to a paying customer?? He told them to tell me there is no way his cameras can go back that far. And why not?? I just want my part put back on my car. It's been there all the time so why now?? Mario Never returned my call. Am very upset and so is my husband. More
