Lake Nissan will not return your phone calls. I have called many times, left many messages with many different people, and cant seem to get anyone to call back. They are very unorganized and unprofessio called many times, left many messages with many different people, and cant seem to get anyone to call back. They are very unorganized and unprofessional. It has taken them over a month to process something for me. They people working the the service department are extremely rude, They lady answering phones cares more about her texting life than her job and customers. The sales men are liars, they will try to tell you things are not broken that are, and that the car has more features than it does. They also try to tell you other companies are responsible for things that they are actually responsible for!!!! It would be worth the drive to go else where!! Trust me! Worst experience EVER! More
