I am a returning customer. This is my second car with Jenkins Nissan Leesburg. I visited them Friday for my oil change appointment and ended up upgrading to the 2022 Pathfind This is my second car with Jenkins Nissan Leesburg. I visited them Friday for my oil change appointment and ended up upgrading to the 2022 Pathfinder. Robby came to service and offered to appraise the vehicle while I waited. How you can say no when the staff is so friendly?! They appraised my Murano and made me the best deal ever. They assigned me Yokasta for the sale and she did an amazing job. She’s bilingual and I was able to ask all the questions I had and understand our offer. The F&I’s JJ and Robins were also amazing, the manager, they have a great team. As always, their customer service is outstanding! Also I want to recognize Obed from the service department , where I started my day. Thank you all! More

Great service. Only complaint is that I had a 10:30am appointment and my truck did not go in until 12pm. Took 2hrs for an oil change and tire rotation.
