I scheduled my appointment early October and allocated 2 hrs in my schedule for this procedure, as that was the quoted time. Due to over scheduling I was unable to get my oil changed and was forced to go to another dealership, spending more time I do not have. The manager assisting me asked if I could reschedule, I told her I could not. She then became very rude telling me “your problems can’t be my problems” as I explained to her I can’t reschedule as I work multiple jobs and have other responsibilities to attend to, hence the reason I scheduled in advance. The service rep Robin Rocket is really nice has a good attitude to deal with customers. She's good . But the rest of them suck big time it takes these people for ever to do any job. If you come here for a simple oil change you are looking at a 3 hour job! I am sitting here for over 3 hours waiting to get 4 brand new tires on and they just now put my truck in to get worked on. It is always like this. You people are sooooo sloooooow. Must be a union rules thing because it takes you forever to do any job. I have purchased 3 vehicles from this place and had family members purchase 2 more. But I think when it's time to shop around again I will be parting ways with Nissan! More
