I was at the dealership from 7:40am to 11:28am with an appointment. I felt like my car wasn't adequately inspected (tires) initially. Per my partner's request we had the car put back up so that I could se appointment. I felt like my car wasn't adequately inspected (tires) initially. Per my partner's request we had the car put back up so that I could see my tires. The tire they stated was the best on the car was actually splitting. They apologized and stated it was not communicated properly but if I had left thinking that tire was fine it would've been dangerous. It visibly looked like the worse tire on my car. We ended up buying four tires, but I was not happy with the overall service and time it took. More

Honestly at first everyone was very helpful when I first purchased the car Last experience is terrible for real oil change done they don’t put the sticker on now I don’t know when the next service will be purchased the car Last experience is terrible for real oil change done they don’t put the sticker on now I don’t know when the next service will be done also I dropped my car to fix some issues I ended up paying $345 and first day they told me we will update you never got a call had to drive all the way there wasn’t ready service manager when I asked him he was complaining a lot about work and told me you can take your car now that’s not professional I hope they’ll do better and work on follow with customers otherwise Jenkins Nissan will lose business More

The oil changes are great but anything else done in service department is costly and ends up being more add ons than when you started off with. I have gotten my vehicles from them since 2007 but th service department is costly and ends up being more add ons than when you started off with.
