I had a 8:00am appointment for an oil change and it took 2 hours. I sent a text message to the person I checked in with as she instructed and she never replied, I had to go out and look for her to see when 2 hours. I had the "Service Engine Soon" light come on and contacted Robin Rockey and discussed what the problem could be and said I'd bring the truck in to get it looked at. She took care of the issue and w contacted Robin Rockey and discussed what the problem could be and said I'd bring the truck in to get it looked at. She took care of the issue and we went ahead and completed the remaining maintenance schedules for the truck to get it all updated. We now have a new 2008 Frontier and I very glad to see Robin back with this dealership service team. More
