This is the third review I’ve written regarding my poor service that I was receiving at Jenkins Nissan. I went in for a few concerns ended up with my truck stuck at Jenkins Nissan for over a week was to service that I was receiving at Jenkins Nissan. I went in for a few concerns ended up with my truck stuck at Jenkins Nissan for over a week was told several times that a supervisor would call me back with the status of the repairs which I never received. It was only until I had to go physically down myself to learn that I could’ve gotten a rental car through my extended warranty that they were neglected to tell me about, so I spent money on Ubers for a week due to non-transparency unprofessionalism, and a total lack their care of their customers. More

How would you rate Everyone in service was working on my car. It took them over a month to figure out they put a right seat belt on the left side. There was lack of communication after the second week. I wo car. It took them over a month to figure out they put a right seat belt on the left side. There was lack of communication after the second week. I would have to call to get up dates on my car. There would be time I would call and leave a message and get no call back. I would have to call back the next day to get a update. Now I have a car i do not feel safe in because the alert was airbag issues and it took over a month to figure out it was a seatbelt.... I am really disappointed in jenkins. I have been buying cars from yall for years More
