It was a pleasant surprise to see my favorite Service Advisor Robyn back in the garage when I arrived for my appointment. I don't think that Jenkins Nissan pays attention to details. On several incidents I have had to call them because no one called to let me know that my car was ready. I was charged for a tired rotation and I purchased the tires from them. Tjis is a free service. I had to call the service agent and dispute the charge. I do like the service agents. They try to be helpful. Sometimes they just fall short on the service. More
