Gil is a good service advisor! He made sure I was taken care of! The only thing that I had a problem with was how long it takes! But then I want the job done right! I'm losing faith in the Lakeland shop. .first time I got a oil change they didn't put any washer fluid in my car..left it empty..I call and they said bring it back..I just brought some and .first time I got a oil change they didn't put any washer fluid in my car..left it empty..I call and they said bring it back..I just brought some and did it myself..On yesterday took it to get a oil change and get my transmission serviced..Told them to check my air pressure in my tires.. when they finished my car I ask did they check my tires...she said yes...Got up this morning for work and the lights was on for.low tire pressure..so they never did check it like they said..Had to take it to Sam's Club and get it done this morning, which I work at Sam's..but why lie..it makes me double think did they do my transmission work that I payed almost 300.00 dollars for or did they lie about that..This is the second time this has happened to me at this dealership....They need to get it together..I'm not pleaded at all.. I did call and report it both times.. More
I went for an oil change at 1 pm did not leave the dealership until almost 5:30 pm. I had 4 tires replaced last year and that took almost 4 hours as well. My appointment was at 5 pm and I was the last dealership until almost 5:30 pm. I had 4 tires replaced last year and that took almost 4 hours as well. My appointment was at 5 pm and I was the last service customer that day. It should not take that long for an oil change or to have tires replaced. I am not sure I will EVER go back to this dealership for any services that are needed on my vehicle. More

Customer service was great. But everytime I bring my vehicle in to get serviced, the technician never put the clips in to secure the flap or plastic item in the front of my vehi But everytime I bring my vehicle in to get serviced, the technician never put the clips in to secure the flap or plastic item in the front of my vehicle. I don't know the name of the item. And I'm always missing clips. I live 40 minutes away to return. So I try to get another service center (Walmart, Sam's or Goodyear) to secure the flap, because it is hanging when I drive. So it drags. Very aggravating! More
