Had a bad experience. My oil change appointment was for 2pm and it didn't get pulled in until almost 4 and that's only because I made it apparent that I had to leave. I had another appointment that I needed to be at by 430. Talked to the manager about my situation and he didn't care. Said he always gets this complaint and I won't be the last. Awesome answer! More

I arrived at 12:50, made an appointment for an oil change with Maggie and reminded her that I will be waiting at dealership. Waited more than 2 and half hours with no explanation. I tried to find Maggie to f with Maggie and reminded her that I will be waiting at dealership. Waited more than 2 and half hours with no explanation. I tried to find Maggie to find out why it is taking so long. Unfortunately, she was not around. I followed up with another Service Advisor and found out no one was covering Maggie's absence. It was ready a lot earlier than later. I paid the bills and left the lot at 3:40 pm. I felt this should have given me free oil change due to long period of waiting. It was extremely poor communication between customers and service representatives. Please do not bother me to make it up such as free oil change or 10% off on next visit. For the last three years that I came for service has gotten worse. Please start improving communication between customers and service representatives. I appreciate taking time to hear me out. Thank you from your disgruntled customer. More
