Slow on oil changes during the week, almost two hours is unheard of; but the people are very friendly and helpful....our sales person at the Mitsubishi office where we bought our Nissan SUV was great! I bought my 2013 Altima from Jenkins Nissan & have always used their service dept for my car. I have no complaints with the mechanics, they do good work & the service people like Angie are professional, frie used their service dept for my car. I have no complaints with the mechanics, they do good work & the service people like Angie are professional, friendly & do their best. But the service dept could use some more employees, it's been getting so much busier over the yrs & my last wait time was extra long. Altho it was something that was difficult to get to cause it was in the dash. You need more good people & expand the available work area but not sure if that is possible. Overall a great dealership! Just work on the service dept. Angie did keep me updated on my car's progess as the afternoon went by & she was kind & thanked me for my patience. More
