My dip stick was broken when I went to get my oil change and robin the service advisor alone with the manager was trying to blame it on me and not pay for it. The service was good except for the long wait. I scheduled an appointment by calling the dealership directly then was told it would be four hours because they had over 100 appointments that day. Service advisor lied to my face about what was wrong with the car and tried charging my girlfriend an additional 350 dollars. Not to mention the attitude he had from the beginning. I bought my car here. Have had all my service done here. Last visit I had a synthetic oil change. This visit I put in the notes I wanted synthetic again.
