April, was fantastic, knowledgeable considerate of my time and what I was asking of her and the dealership to do. I bought my 2024 New Crosstrek on Aug 17, 2024 at Jenkins Dealership In Bridgeport, WV and I love it , I went to Jenkins Subaru Dealership in Bridgeport, WV on 4/25/25 Friday to have a New Starter Remote put Dealership In Bridgeport, WV and I love it , I went to Jenkins Subaru Dealership in Bridgeport, WV on 4/25/25 Friday to have a New Starter Remote put in my New 2024 Crosstrek and a oil change and Tires Rotated , All went well , Until I went to get my car and Found that while it was there for the The New Starter Remote and Oil & tire service, My Front passenger door handle was damaged during the Service , I showed it to the Subaru Service Advisor immediately and He saw it and Agree that it happened, So said he would take care of it and it would take 1 to 2 days to have it replaced with a New handle. I was very glad to be told that it was going to be taken care of it, Properly and Done in a proper time frame To not inconvenience the customer , Especially since this should have never happened to the Customers Car . The car was dropped off on Wednesday morning 4/30/25 at 9:00 am and I was told it would be done 2 days . I called on 5/1/25 Thursday morning at 11:30 to check on the Status of the Replacement of the car door handle and I spoke to Hunter Marcavage the Service Advisor, he said he wasn’t sure When it would be done, He said probably not till Saturday 5/3/25 or Monday 5/5/25 , that is NOT good at all , That is Truly INCONVENIENCING the Customer without their car for 4 to 6 days, Especially Since the Customer Trusted that Jenkins Subaru Dealership Service Department with their car . I bought a 2025 Subaru Legacy Limited and went to drive it home and the rotors were warped. I took it home after they replaced rotors but was not satisfied with the car. I went back to the dealer the next day, and my salesman (Joey Tomasula) bent over backwards to help me find something that was a perfect fit for me. I ended up buying a 2025 Forrester Sport. It is the sharpest SUV I have ever seen. He really harked hard to make us happy customers. This is the third new Subaru we have purchased from them. We appreciate all the effort that went into this purchase. More

I had a recall on the brake part . .they scheduled my appointment when the part came in.
