New Vehicle Purchase I was told, by the salesperson that this dealership is not an USAA recommended dealer but will beat USAA pricing. When he gave me the 1st price quote I was told, by the salesperson that this dealership is not an USAA recommended dealer but will beat USAA pricing. When he gave me the 1st price quote it was $1,000 more than what USAA quoted for me. I had to print the USAA price quote for him because he did not believe me. He took that quote to the finance personnel and came back and told me they will sell at the price I showed them. I was told that they will beat USAA pricing, A TOTAL LIE! Poor Customer Service I cannot right a review for the Sales side as I have not had any dealings with them. The service side I would not recommend. Our F350 had engine issue I cannot right a review for the Sales side as I have not had any dealings with them. The service side I would not recommend. Our F350 had engine issues so knowing it was under warranty we took it to Jenkins and Wynn service department. The first week they had our truck they had to tear the engine down to find the problem, we were ok with that. What I had a problem with is once they found the cause they should have ordered the parts then as we had already given the ok to do whatever they needed to regardless if we had to pay or warranty paid. So there alone wasted 2.5 days for warranty and another 2-3 days for the parts to come in. This will be 4 weeks now the truck is in the shop and still waiting on a few little parts to finish up. I understand things happen and repairs can take some time, but when almost a week was wasted before they started getting any parts that's concerning to me. When we dropped the truck off from being towed we let the service advisor know this was my husbands work truck and his means of income. They would only give him a little ford focus through warranty, and refused to help us out otherwise. So 4 weeks no truck, means no income, and now just to get him back working we are having to pay enterprise for a rental truck. Jenkins and Wynn service department has failed us in repairing the truck on time, and trying to help us out while my husband couldn't work. I even said if they could even pay for half of the truck rental I would be fine but they have refused to help in any way. I would not suggest taking your vehicle here that is your means of income for your family because they will do nothing to help a Customer out. Warranty or not if you have someone's livelihood vehicle; one don't take at least 4 weeks to fix and two try to help them with a rental bill. No money coming in, but we are having to pay even more out for a repair that is under Ford warranty. More

The people are friendly, the service department appears to be credible and competent. The only negative comment I have is that the service department shared my cell number with a salesman who did not hesitate to text spam me. He wanted me to consider trading in my vehicle for a new one. Spam texting is unacceptable!! More

Outstanding group of folks, pleasure to do business with! It was such a pleasure buying our Pre-Owned Subaru Outback from Jenkins and Wynne. Last month I stopped in to look at VW Passat TDI SE that they were It was such a pleasure buying our Pre-Owned Subaru Outback from Jenkins and Wynne. Last month I stopped in to look at VW Passat TDI SE that they were selling and met our sales lady Jessica and her manager Rob. They were very nice and courteous. The thing is at that point, I really had not considered buying another car. I just stopped to look at the Passat. I did not feel pressured, nor did I feel on edge talking with them as I so often feel when I talk to car sales people. Jessica gave me her card and after my experience I decided to come back later. A month later I drove by and saw that they still have the VW. My wife and I love our TDI’s that we’ve had and was very interested in their TDI they had for sale. So I stopped again. I went in and Jessica was there again with a beaming smile and warm personality. As I talked with them, I was preparing for a test drive for the Passat and a saw a Pre-Owned Subaru Outback. I liked it at first sight. Jessica with her intuition saw that I liked it and got the keys to show me the SUV. Thinking it would be out of my price range I kind of disregarded the thought but she still offered to allow me to test drive it. As I drove it I began to like it more and more. Jessica was very informative and very knowledgeable of her cars. I was very impressed in her capabilities. As they appraised my 2014 Honda Civic, Rob, her used car manager came back with a very reasonable trade for either the Passat or Outback. Once we agreed to proceed to buy the Outback in comes J.J. who is the finance manger. J.J. was very warm and friendly who wanted to also find the right fit for our finance. She worked tirelessly to get the very best rate and the best bank to finance. As we closed the deal, she was very thorough making sure every detail was understood. She had all the paper work ready when we came to sign. Both Jessica and J.J. and all the staff went above and beyond our expectations. They made us feel that we were the most important customer. Our over all experience is excellent. Deborah and I would happily buy from Jenkins and Wynne again.
