My wife and I were searching for a reasonably priced and reliable used vehicle and stopped at Jennings Chevrolet to see what kinds of used cars they had for sale. Jerry Perberg, the salesman who started helping us, made sure to ask the right questions to get a good understanding of what we were looking for and showed us a few nice options to begin with that would fit our needs. He was up front with us about the prices and conditions of all the vehicles he showed us. We had been shopping around at other dealerships for used cars and had not met such an honest salesman like Jerry is. We liked one of the cars he showed us and went for a test drive and did not feel pressured at all to buy the car right then and there because we liked it. Jerry answered all of our questions and was very helpful while we looked at the car. We were not ready to buy the car that day, needed some time to think about it and again we didn't feel like Jerry was pushing us to buy the car right away. We were able to take our time and think our decision through. We returned the next day and actually discussed buying a newer/more expensive car than what we looked at the day before. Jerry talked over our needs with us again and gave us piece of mind that it really wasn't necessary to buy a newer/more expensive car for what our needs were. We wanted that assurance because we really liked the car we were looking at. He let us test drive it again and allowed us to take our time making the decision. We decided to buy the 2009 VW Certified used Jetta SE. Jerry was so easy to deal with and made us look forward to car shopping in the future. Bought a new Chevy from them about six weeks ago. Arrived around 4:00 on a Saturday. This was my first time buying a car (but I did have two experienced companions to help) and it was my first day o Arrived around 4:00 on a Saturday. Unlike the other deanship I had visited, Dominic knew all the specs on the car we were looking at, even down to some pretty detailed stuff. He was extremely patient with my trepidation to buy and didn't pressure me at all. Obviously, I ended up buying the car. The dealership closes at 6:00 on Saturdays, but Dominic stayed until all of the paperwork was finished up and sent me off at seven - an hour after closing! What a great guy. Bob, the guy who did the financing, was super nice and helpful as well. The internet went down at some point while we were working to get finished, but like Dominic, he was super knowledgeable and patient, not rushing to get things done to get me and my friends out of the door so he could go home. I also got a call a week later to follow up and see if I had any questions. It was a really nice relaxed call and very kind. I absolutely love my new car, and had a great experience here. More

On October 16, 2012, I was involved in a serious accident that totaled my Impala. My Impala was purchased here at Jennings from Chris Hallenberg. I called Chris and explained my problem and that I was recovering from my accident and had recently lost my husband to Pancreatic Cancer. Chris was very kind, he spent hours over the phone and internet getting the exact 2012 Equinox I requested, he even had it brought from upper Wisconsin to Jennings. Chris worked with my rehab schedule and even called me from his home on his day off to arrange a time to see the Equinox and complete our deal. Chris listened to my safety concerns and spent time explaining my Equinox from bumper to bumper with me. Everything I requested was completed such as undercoating, treating the interior down to having my new license plates installed. I was impressed with the amazing service from everyone I came in contact with at the dealership. This excellent service is why I returned to Chris Hallenberg and Jennings Chevrolet I will highly recommend Chris Hallenberg and Jennings Chevrolet to all my family and friends! More
