She assessed what my needs were and recommended the perfect model for me. She was very professional, smart, and so friendly, I liked her immediately. She helped me with the finance details so that I got the best deal to be had. I am a middle age female and with her support I was able to make the entire transaction independently as my husband was out of town. He said, "do you want to wait until I am home?" No, I think this is a good deal, I told him. It was! If it were not for Debbie, I would never have made such a major purchase on my own. I trusted her then and I would again. I initially saw the vehicle ultimatly purchased on the internet. I made an inquiry over the internet and received a very quick response from Mr. Bondi. Based on that response I visited the dealership and ultimatly was introduced to Mr. Stern. Mr. Stern accompanied me on the test drive and explained all the features of the vehicle. There were a couple of items I wanted to have taken care of and Mr. Stern indicated it would be done. Several days later when I went in to pick up the vehicle all item that were to be take care were indeed done. After completing all the purchase paperwork Mr. Stern walked me through how various features worked on the phone such as pairing my phone, On-Call set up etc. All in all Mr. Stern did an excellent job and I would recomend him as a salesperson to see at Jennings Chevrolet.
